Refund Policy

Items returned because they are damaged or incorrect

If you are returning an item that has been delivered to you in error, by Flags and Flagpoles or returning a damaged item. We will refund you the full cost of the goods and any carriage charges incurred in sending the item to you.

Flags and Flagpoles will always check all goods returned to us as damaged. In the event that we find nothing wrong with the product we reserve the right to resend the product to you and to recover from you any additional charges involved in doing so.

Items returned within 14 days of receipt of order.

If you are returning an item to us because of an error on your part, or because you wish to withdraw from the purchase of the sale and there is no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item as below;

When the goods are returned to us in accordance with our returns policy, we will refund the cost of the goods less a 10% administration charge for restocking the goods. Minimum charge of £10 applies. Any carriage costs charged for sending the goods to you won’t be refunded.

Where you cannot send an item back to us and we collect the item, we will recover the costs of the collection from you.

Please note all goods returned must be in the packaging they were sent in and the goods must be in their original condition.

Once returned goods are received they are examined and any credit will be determined upon examination.
