Terms & Conditions of delivery are as follows:

Please read these terms and conditions of delivery carefully before placing you order with Flags and Flagpoles. Acceptance of your order is on the understanding that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of delivery set out below. IMPORTANT PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DELIVERIES ARE SIGNED FOR GOODS UNCHECKED OR GOODS UNEXAMINED

If this strict rule is not adhered to then the risk in the goods is passed to you at the point and time of acceptance of delivery and no claims with regard to carrier damaged items can be accepted by the company. Any shortfalls in parcel numbers must also be noted on the docket as ITEMS UNDELIVERED.

All goods must be thoroughly checked and any damages, defects or shortfalls must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

After this time any damage will be deemed caused by incorrect storage or transportation of the goods by the customer.

Deliveries apart from postal deliveries are sent by one of our carriers. The delivery will take place on a workday Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm. Other delivery options are available and if required please contact us for a price. Delivery dates and times specified by us are given in good faith but are approximate only. Delay due to circumstances outside the control of the company shall not entitle the customer to refuse, reject or cancel the order.

Goods delivered by means other than post will require a signature from a member of the business or household, who must be 18 years or over. If there is no one at the address to sign for the goods then the full cost of redelivery will be charged before the goods can be redelivered.

If your order contains more than one item, then there may be a case where products are delivered by different carriers and on different days.

Standard delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. Other areas such as UK Offshore, IOM, Northern Ireland can be done at an additional carriage cost.
