Football fever has certainly gripped the country over the last few weeks, us included! We've pulled out all the stops and decorated our warehouse in England flags, bunting, flagpoles and even Harry Kane's own deckchair, as he'll need a rest when he gets back!

How it's made: Custom Flags
There are a few ways that a custom flag can be made, such as sewn/applique and screen print, but by far the most popular is digital print. Digital printing is a process where we print directly to the flag fabric using our brand new Mimaki Tx2-1800 printers. The fabric we use is a 115gsm 100% polyester flag material (Fire retardant material is also available) and we use this for all of our flags.
